IBC withdrawal route
How to read this: A withdrawal under Section 12A happens after a company is admitted to insolvency but before resolution or liquidation — usually because the debtor and the creditor who filed reach a settlement, and the NCLT allows the petition to be withdrawn. The CIRP ends and the company carries on. These are not resolved or liquidated outcomes; they are exits from the process. We flag any that later show signs of re-admission.
