stressed.in is operated by M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. References to "stressed.in", "we", "us" refer to M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited.

2. What data we collect

Account data: Name, email, organisation when you create an account or claim a profile.

Communication data: Messages sent via contact or correction forms.

Usage data: Standard server logs and page-view events — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Used for platform security and for aggregate product analytics (which pages and features are used); never to profile individuals.

Payment data: Processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use your data

To manage your account · To respond to enquiries · To process payments · To send transactional emails such as sign-in links, verification codes, payment confirmations and renewal reminders · To send intelligence digests (only if subscribed) · To maintain platform security.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Data sources

Intelligence data on stressed.in is sourced from IBBI, NCLT, and other publicly available government sources. stressed.in adds interpretation and analytical context to this public data. How we source and correct it is documented at stressed.in/methodology.

5. Cookies & sign-in links

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in; it is deleted when you close your browser. Sign-in and trial activation may use one-time email links and codes, which expire after use or a short validity window. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

Account data retained while your account is active. On deletion request, personal data removed within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Cookies & analytics

stressed.in sets a single first-party session cookie (sign-in state) and a first-party notice cookie (remembering that you dismissed our cookie notice). We record page views in our own database to understand what's being read — no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no data sold or shared.
