1. Overview
This policy explains how subscriptions and one-time purchases on stressed.in may be cancelled and the circumstances in which refunds are issued. stressed.in is operated by M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. By subscribing to or purchasing any plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription plans
stressed.in offers recurring subscription plans (the RP / Professional plan and the ARC / Investor plan), billed either monthly or annually. Access to paid features begins as soon as your payment is confirmed and continues for the billing period you have paid for.
3. Cancellation of a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to hello@stressed.in or via WhatsApp at +91 91191 75123. On cancellation:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
• Your plan will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
• You retain access to paid features until the paid period ends, after which your account reverts to the free, public level of access.
4. Refunds on subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, because access to the platform and its data is granted immediately on payment. As a goodwill exception, if you cancel within 7 days of your first-ever payment and have not made substantial use of the paid features (for example, bulk data export or alert configuration), you may request a full refund of that first payment by emailing hello@stressed.in. Renewal payments are not covered by this 7-day window.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans are offered at a discount (effectively two months free) in exchange for an up-front yearly commitment. Annual fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window described above. If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, you keep access until the end of the paid year but are not refunded for the unused months.
6. Historical Data Licence (one-time purchase)
The Historical Data Licence is a one-time purchase of a structured dataset, not a subscription. Because the dataset is delivered in full at the point of sale, it is non-refundable once delivered. If a genuine technical problem prevents delivery of the dataset, we will either re-deliver it or refund the purchase. Any pricing and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before purchase.
7. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise plans are governed by the specific written agreement signed between you and M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited. Where that agreement addresses cancellation or refunds, its terms take precedence over this page.
8. Failed, duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at hello@stressed.in with your payment reference and we will verify and refund the erroneous amount. Verified erroneous or duplicate payments are refunded in full.
9. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction, through our payment processor. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
