Is the free profile staying free?
Yes — permanently. The compiled public record is the platform; it stays free and indexed, and so is claiming it: identity verification and the ✓ mark cost nothing. Membership adds the layer only you can write: narrative, context, and the contact button.
Can I have my profile taken down instead?
The underlying data — case assignments, outcomes, credentials — is public record published by IBBI, and stressed.in reflects that record. What claiming offers is the opposite of takedown: your side of every number, attached where decision-makers read it. Factual errors are corrected free, claimed or not — write to hello@stressed.in.
How does this sit with the IBBI Code of Conduct?
The platform is deliberately built on the right side of that line. The Code restrains soliciting work — not maintaining an accurate public record. Everything on your profile is compiled from what IBBI and the NCLT have already published; claiming simply verifies your identity on it, and membership adds your factual account of concluded mandates. Rankings here are by mandate count only, and say so on the page; "open to assignments" is a status flag you control; the contact button exists only if you switch it on. Think of it as investor relations for a record that is already public — not advertising.
What does it cost?
