NCLT & NCLAT orders · IBBI public announcements · quarterly outcome records · MCA registry.
All intelligence data on stressed.in is sourced from publicly available government records (IBBI, NCLT, MCA, DRT). stressed.in adds analytical interpretation and context to this public data.
Dates printed beside a figure ("as on", "latest as on") are the date of the source filing or register, not the date you are reading the page.
Money figures on the record pages are in Rs crore, on IBBI's basis unless a page states otherwise.
Figures taken from an order are shown as printed in that order. Amounts retain their stated units and qualifications.
Claims tables: amounts come from the filed lists' own totals rows (latest version) and cover the classes whose list prints a total. Admitted totals and the financial / operational split come from IBBI's outcome file, in crores.
Company financial summaries are curated from filings and claims lists.
E-auction records: an estate usually goes to market in several lots, and the same lot re-auctions at stepped-down reserves; the notice PDF identifies each asset.
Where a block is absent from a page, the fact is not yet recorded. Missing is not zero.
A provision under a plan is not evidence that payment has been received.
Recovery under an approved plan is creditor allocation ÷ admitted claims for the same creditor groups. Future commitments count; no discount is applied. It is separate from any actual creditor receipt that has been established.
A plan total as published in an order may cover different components; consult the source terms shown with it. Source text for upfront and deferred amounts may include CIRP or business funding; it is not automatically a creditor-only amount. Read the order conditions for actual-cost adjustments to CIRP costs.
Deposits and guarantees are not added again to the plan allocation. Receipt by the company or an escrow account does not by itself establish receipt by creditors.
Some orders are scanned copies read by OCR; those are marked "scanned copy" beside the link to the order.
A number is only useful with its comparison group. Sector and bench comparisons name their base (the median, and the number of cases behind it) on the page. How each benchmark is computed is set out in the methodology.
The platform does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations. Users should conduct independent due diligence before making any decision based on data from this platform.
Claim-filing and deadline information is procedural information from the public record, not legal advice. Regulation references are to the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.

Every case page carries a "report an error" box. Corrections go to our team for review, and the record is changed where the source supports it. Corrections are archived with their before-value and shown on the dossier. You can also write to hello@stressed.in.
Not all public data is equal — so we rank it. Where the record contradicts itself, we adjudicate with rules, not guesses: per-case pages outrank the register, and identity is by registration number, never by name.
Figures are stored verbatim. Missing is not zero. No derived numbers where the source prints one. Every figure carries its basis. The record is refreshed weekly, with monthly zero-row audits.
