By accessing or using stressed.in ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

stressed.in is a distressed asset intelligence platform operated by M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. The platform aggregates and interprets publicly available data from IBBI, NCLT, and other government sources for the benefit of institutional users.

All intelligence data on stressed.in is sourced from publicly available government records (IBBI, NCLT, MCA, DRT). stressed.in adds analytical interpretation and context to this public data.

The platform does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations. Users should conduct independent due diligence before making any decision based on data from this platform.

stressed.in makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

Access to member features requires a paid plan. Plans for resolution professionals (RP Member, RP Pro) are annual; plans for investors and lenders (Pipeline, Full Desk) are offered monthly or annually. Current pricing is published at stressed.in/pricing.

All plans are prepaid for their term and processed via Razorpay. Nothing auto-renews: we do not store your payment instrument and no recurring charge is created. When a paid term ends, access simply lapses unless you choose to renew, and your account reverts to the free, public level of access. There is accordingly no cancellation step and no cancellation charge.

A free, read-only trial of the investor desk may be offered without a payment method; it expires automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change published pricing at any time; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

You may use stressed.in for your own internal research and decision-making. You may not:
— Resell, redistribute, or republish the intelligence data
— Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download data
— Share your login credentials with others
— Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

The platform includes directory profiles of resolution professionals, registered valuers and valuer entities, compiled from official public registers and court records (IBBI, NCLT, NCLAT). Publication of these public-record profiles does not imply any relationship between the professional and stressed.in, nor any endorsement in either direction.

A professional may claim their own profile free of charge; claiming is verified by a one-time code sent to the professional's officially registered email address. Claiming or paying for a plan does not permit a professional to alter figures drawn from the public record — it permits corrections, additional self-provided information, and contact features as described on the platform.

If you believe any information on a profile or case page is inaccurate, write to hello@stressed.in identifying the page and the issue; we verify against the source record and correct genuine errors.

All content created by stressed.in — including annotations, analysis, platform design, and data structures — is the intellectual property of M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission. Underlying government data remains in the public domain.

stressed.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. M/s Brightlane Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
