How the liquidations on this record reconcile to IBBI's published cumulative, and where the two counts are measuring different stages of the same process.

How the two counts reconcile
Our count in the tiles above, less the orders made after IBBI's cut-off (the register above) and the rows carrying no order date, gives the like-for-like figure. Dissolutions are the larger gap: our dissolution date comes from the final-report table, while IBBI's headline counts final reports submitted — a stage-slice difference, stated, before it is a coverage one. Forty-seven dissolved estates carry no liquidation order date at all; for those the order date is honestly unknown, and they sit outside every clock on this page. Voluntary liquidations are a separate population and are not in this count.
Aggregate sale proceeds against aggregate liquidation value: 89.7% on 997 estates carrying both figures — a sum-of-sums, not the median in the card above, and the two differ because a handful of large estates dominate the sum.
For scale, IBBI records 1,484 CIRPs ended in an approved resolution plan over the same period — two liquidations for every rescue.
