Updated every morning from BSE
See a listed company’s trouble the day it files it.
Missed loan payments, auditors walking out, rating downgrades, a creditor’s insolvency petition — listed companies have to tell the stock exchange. The Listed Distress Monitor reads those filings every day and puts them in one place, in the company’s own words.

Two kinds of signal, one place to watch them.
Some filings say a creditor has already moved against the company. Others are the earlier signs that something is wrong. The monitor tracks both, counted here over the last 12 months. Routine filings — price and volume queries, ordinary director and secretary changes, rating upgrades and reaffirmations — are set aside.
When creditors move
A default disclosed, or an insolvency petition filed, admitted or decided.
Early warnings
The signs that come before: who leaves, what the rating agency says, what the exchange asks.
Exchange health
What BSE itself shows for each listed company, read one company at a time: its trading group, whether promoters have pledged shares, its latest results and annual report, and the default on loans and debt securities it declared in its latest Integrated Filing. Every value is shown as BSE served it.
The reading of every listed company is still going on; these counts cover the companies read so far and grow each morning. A default figure is what the company filed for the period it names, converted to crore from the unit it stated; companies whose form gives no clear answer are left out until checked.
What members see
The monitor opens in full with an Investor Pipeline, Full Investor Desk, Enterprise or RP Pro plan.
Company, date and time, the label it chose and its own headline, with the original filing one click away.
130 of these companies already have a case on stressed.in. The monitor links each filing to it, matched by company identification number.
Narrow by kind of signal, by period and by company, so a lender or buyer sees only what concerns them.

Sources and coverage
Where every number on this page comes from, and how much of it has been read.
| Company filings to BSE | 10,363 filings read, 10 Oct 2025 to 17 Oct 2026, 18:07 IST. 4,886 kept; 5,477 routine filings left out. Read every morning from BSE’s corporate announcements. |
| Company identity | 4,163 listed companies, each matched to its company identification number as BSE itself publishes it; a filing joins a stressed.in insolvency case only through that number. |
| Exchange data | 2,624 companies read from BSE’s own pages, latest on 18 Oct 2026, 09:25 IST: trading group, shareholding pattern, results and annual reports. |
| Declared defaults | 1,189 Integrated Filings (Finance) read, as BSE publishes them, one per company: the latest period the company filed. |
| Checked readings | Filing documents are being read now; what they say is added to a filing only once the reading is checked. |
These counts are of what has been collected, not proof of complete market coverage. Found a mistake? Report an error
Each filing is the listed company’s own disclosure to BSE, quoted as filed; stressed.in groups it by the label the company chose. Counts are of filings, not events: one event can be filed more than once, and a default disclosure is often a nil statement. MethodologySources and disclaimers
