Process dates, liquidator names and reported financials come from the voluntary liquidation records held on stressed.in, sourced from IBBI. Open an individual record for its NCLT order, financials, liquidator and registry detail.
A record with no dissolution date is kept out of every duration and every money total on this page. Where a figure is absent the cell is absent: nothing here is a placeholder, and no value is inferred from another row.
Whole-register duration medians use dated records with non-negative durations. Summary financials cover dated dissolutions and sum the figures that exist, so different totals may rest on different numbers of companies and need not reconcile with one another.
Quoted sentences in a record's quick view are the Tribunal's own words from the dissolution order, shortened only for length. The bench, the case number and the order date are quoted as the order prints them, which is why two benches may read as “Mumbai Bench” and “COURT-V, MUMBAI BENCH” — we have not normalised them into a league.
