Of the concluded cases, 268 ended in an approved resolution plan and 506 in liquidation — a liquidation rate of 65.4%. 656 remain under CIRP today. Cases here take a median 523 days from admission to a plan or liquidation order (n=768), against a national median of 480 days (n=4,663).
