This index covers 502 insolvency companies on record since 2017. Of the concluded cases, 87 ended in an approved resolution plan and 186 in liquidation — a liquidation rate of 68.1%. 143 remain under CIRP today. Cases here take a median 518 days from admission to a plan or liquidation order (n=273), against a national median of 480 days (n=4,663).
